Shorthand is a key skill for journalists and in honour of Pride Month we have curated a glossary of specific LGBTQ+ outlines for you to use.
This glossary is for use by students, working journalists and everyone in-between who may need to transcribe phrases related to the LGBTQ+ community.
The outlines were written for us by Dani Wozencroft, a member of the NCTJ’s shorthand exams board, journalism and PR trainer, PR account manager and former journalist.
